His knowledge of the local markets, negotiation skills, and other aspects a real estate agent should have are all as good or better than any other agent out there. What sets him apart even further though, is his integrity and how personable he is. He started as a trusted advisor during our housing search, but by the time we finished our search, I was proud to call him a friend. If you are looking for someone to make buying or selling a home a lot less stressful for you, someone you will enjoy working with, and someone you can trust, you should consider giving Chip an opportunity.
